Game of Skill Terms and Conditions for the Icon Models Fairmont GT Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.  Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
   
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who fulfil entry requirements as dictated in clause 3.  Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition and not eligible to enter this competition.
   
3. To enter:
   
        a)  First purchase either an Icon 1/8th scale Bathurst winning 1970 Ford Falcon XW or an Icon 1/8th scale Bathurst winning 1971 Ford Falcon XY.
   
        b)  tell us in 25 words or less on the supplied numbered entry form the destination of your first drive and why.
   
        c)  Mail your entry back to the supplied address with the best answer winning the prize.
   
   
4. The competition commences at 00.01 (AEDST) on Wednesday 24th February 2010 and closes at 23.59 (AEST) or last mail received on Sunday 31st July 2011.
   
5. Multiple entries will be accepted, however there is only one entry per purchase and each entry must be sent in as a separate correspondence.
   
6. This competition is a game of skill.  Chance plays no part in determining the winners.  All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on originality and creativity.  The best entry as determined by the judges, will win the car prize.
   
7. Judging will take place from 2.00pm (AEDT) on Monday 1st of August 2011 at Old Princes Hwy, Sutherland, NSW, 2232.
   
8. There is one prize to be won of an unregistered South African Fairmont GT 1971 Bathurst winning replica.
   
9. The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.  The judges' decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.  The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.  The winner will be notified by phone from the Tuesday 2nd August 2011.
   
10. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.  The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize.
    
11. The promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred in winning the prize, if unsure it is recommended the prize winner seeks legal advice on this matter.
    
12. Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
    
13. Once the prize has left the Promoters premises the Promoter is not responsible for late or damage sustained during the delivery of the prize.
    
14. The Promoter collects your information to include you in this competition and will disclose the information to others who help us run the competition.  We may also use the information to assist us in improving our goods and services and to contact you in the future in regard to our other goods and services.  We may share your information with other persons or entities that assist us in performing the above or with another company which provides prizes for the competition.
